Cut for a Cure 2017

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Thank you for visiting our online team fundraising page. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers players and staff are once again participating in the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation's Cut for a Cure!

This year, you can participate by cutting your hair, shaving your head, adding a gold/red/orange streak- or coming up with another creative way to show your support!

Join us in the fight against pediatric cancer and consider donating to our page. Together we can rise up and fund research for a cure!

Why we need your help:

  • Cancer is the number one cause of death by disease among children
  • 1 in 285 children will be diagnosed with cancer
  • 43 children per day or 15,780 children per year are expected to be diagnosed with cancer
  • More than 95% of childhood cancer survivors will have a significant health related issue by the time they are 45 years of age

About the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation:

The National Pediatric Cancer Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to funding research to eliminate childhood cancer. Our focus is to fund research to find less toxic, more targeted therapies by partnering with leading hospitals nationwide.
